BWT Physio requires a professional and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Business Manager.

The Business Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, development and success of our medical practice. In this important role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and BWT ambassador to patients, the general public, medical colleagues and staff.

The applicant will demonstrate:

• Evidenced first – hand experience in business management of an SME.
• Excellence in business relationships with third parties.
• Proficiency with IT systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong financial background to drive the business forward.
• Experience as an ICO and compliance with all aspects of GDPR.
• Involvement in interview, hiring and training of new staff in accordance with HR guidelines.
