After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2015 Millie worked with the Land Rover Ben Ainslee Racing team developing and implementing a musculoskeletal (MSK) injury prevention screening tool specific to the America’s Cup athletes. After working at Southampton General and the Royal Bournemouth Hospitals Millie joined BWT as a specialist MSK physio, furthering her knowledge to become a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessor, working in corporate settings, treating and advising weekend warriors and sportsmen alike. Millie has also recently qualified as a Pilates Instructor.
