Lorna Dryer

Lorna qualified in sports massage at level 4 in 2010 subsequently undertaking specialist studies with masterclasses for neck, shoulder and lower back problems.  Lorna has a passion for soft tissue massage and mobilisation and believes that by utilising specific techniques, massage can improve range of pain free motion by assisting with circulation, drainage and innervation of dysfunctional tissue to dispense inflammatory chemicals. Discussing the presenting symptoms is very important to Lorna to identify the tissues that are in trouble and to work out a targeted treatment specific for each individual’s needs.

Lorna is currently studying osteopathy and mixes a combination of sports massage, myofascial release and osteopathic techniques to relax and lengthen troubled muscles and improve joint function.
