The Ashley Cross Clinic in Parkstone and the clinic at The West Hants Club, Bournemouth are welcoming patients with pre-booked appointments following a telephone triage ‘virtual assessment’ for new patients.

We will also continue to offer virtual appointments to all patients who are not recommended to visit our sites. And although not a substitute for hands on treatment, we would like to reiterate how effective virtual physiotherapy can be in these unusual times.  Therefore if you can’t come into clinic or if you’re part of a group risk, we can still help from the safety of your home!

Please call and ask to speak to a physio if you or your loved one has a need for a home visit, as we are able to treat with full PPE in these circumstances.

Care homes and nursing homes will have individual policies which BWT will adhere to. Please note these policies may not include the ability for a Chartered Physio to attend and treat. Please call 01202749514 with any questions you may have.
