The Clinical Pilates classes at BWT are run by Chartered Physiotherapists and are available in beginner, intermediate and advanced format. Stability exercises are taught enabling you to correct muscle imbalance and poor movement patterns. Individuals can learn practical exercises to incorporate into daily routines to decrease low back pain.
