Having spent 20 years in pressured corporate office environments, Lorien made his escape 5 years ago to pursue his passion for holistic well – being. As a qualified personal trainer, neuro – linguistic (NLP) therapist and Oxygen Advantage tutor and coach, he is able to approach well -being on the basis that the best changes we can make for ourselves are totally within our power to implement, without the need for fancy gadgets or expensive dietary supplements..
Lorien’s therapies are not traditional counseling or talking therapies and do not require you to open up and talk about anything you are not ready to. They are about creating headspace and a real sense of inner calm enabling you to realise for yourself solutions that are really meaningful and therefore will work for you.
