All new clients must book an initial private session.
This initial appointment will include a postural and movement assessment giving specific exercises to activate the postural muscles.
The importance of breathing and correctly aligning your body as you execute the exercises will be explained. From this appointment your teacher will help you decide weather joining an open studio, a mat work group class or further 1-1 tuition will be the best way forward with your Pilates.
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you feel happy and free to move in. No trainers, but please do wear socks.
