Studio Pilates BWT is a fully equipped Pilates and rehabilitation studio and is the only one of its kind in Dorset. We offer private sessions and group classes in both mat work and on the Pilates equipment.

These classes are small to give you as much individual attention as possible.

We take great pride in our ability to assist in the rehabilitation of injury and have received numerous recommendations from GP’s, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists who themselves attend our classes.

All our teachers commit to maintaining the highest standard of the practice of Pilates.
