Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists are Physiotherapists who specialise in the disorders of the body that emanate from the skeleton, and the soft tissues of the body such as muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints and the nervous system. 

The interaction of correct joint mechanics and the supportive lengths and strengths of the soft tissue system combined with the health and mobility of the nerves that run through the body provide the essential ingredients for good health of the musculoskeletal system.

When this balance is interrupted by injury, disease, or faulty postural habits, pain and immobility can occur or, if you are a sports person, a lack of performance is often the first noticeable sign.
