Scott Exley

Personal Trainer

Scott graduated in sport and recreation in 1997 and went on to complete a Diploma in Personal Training.  He was a member of the Great Britain International Athletics team from 2000- 2003 and has been a Personal Trainer for the last 10 years. Scott joined the BWT team in 2004 and has helped numerous clients achieve a wide range of goals.  These have included:

· Improved body composition and tone
· Increased strength
· Enhanced mobility
· Weight loss
· Confidence gain
· Rehabilitation and management of degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis
