Massage and Personal Trainer/Rehabilitator

I qualified in Sport Rehabilitation in 2002 at St. Mary’s in Strawberry Hill, Twickenham. Previously in 2000 I obtained a degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Exeter University. Whilst studying for both my undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications I worked in Health Clubs prescribing exercise and injury rehabilitation regimes.

Once fully qualified, I worked in South-West London and set up a clinic within a health club and a referral system with an osteopath and a physiotherapist company. This involved injury rehabilitation, exercise prescription and sports massage as well as personal training. Additionally, I worked with Surrey County rugby U14’s & U15’s as their injury therapist.

I moved to Poole in 2004 and started work at BWT in 2005, where I offer the services outlined above. I also work with a tennis high-performance centre where I manage the players’ strength, conditioning and injury prevention programmes.
