Pilates Intructor & Massage Therapist

Caroline Graduated from the American college of sports medicine as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor in 1998. She then worked as a personal trainer/aerobics instructor for one of the country's largest private health clubs where she helped numerous people achieve personal goals such as improved body tone, loss of weight and general well being.

In 2000 Caroline qualified as a Sports massage therapist at St Mary's college, Twickenham. Specialising in deep tissue massage.

In 2003 Caroline completed her training as a Pilates Body Control Instructor with the BCP in London.  BCP are considered to be the best Pilates trainers in the world as they are renowned for their attention to detail to the clients needs and to remain qualified, trainers have to constantly update their professional knowledge.
Caroline has also been fully trained on the Pilates "Reformer" machine. The "Reformer" helps to strengthen tone and lengthen your body and has a key role in rehabilitation. It is very good for osteoporosis and other back and neck conditions as it is working with resistance.

Caroline joined the team at BWT in 2002 and has helped rehabilitate lots of patients at BWT and is much loved by them all. Some people say she is a miracle worker.

In her spare time Caroline loves to go on holidays and is a keen horse-rider. She competes in Dressage and has a beautiful horse called "max" whom she has competed nationally and already has one national title. Caroline loves to go to the gym and work-out outside.
